Job summary

Grafana Labs, a fully remote company, seeks a Solutions Engineer to empower global customers with Grafana’s observability platform. You will partner with Sales to articulate value, own complex technical engagements, and deliver compelling product presentations.

The role requires 5+ years in technical pre-sales, outstanding written and verbal communication, and a passion for solving technical challenges while growing technically. UK residency is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for remote teams and global customers.
• Ability to craft and articulate value propositions and technical advantages of Grafana products.
• Interest in solving technical challenges and growing technically.
• Located in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and the competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Create and update enablement materials and contribute to knowledge base content.
