You will guide onboarding, implementation, and expansion, delivering best practices and tailored technical consulting while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams. Strong OSS love and cloud experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on deployment teams or similar.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Experience with Grafana products.

• Onboard, implement, and expand engagements with white-glove support.
