Job summary

Grafana Labs in the United Kingdom is hiring a Solutions Engineer to partner with our Sales team, own technical engagements, and help close complex opportunities using Grafana's open source and cloud platform.

You will deliver product and technical presentations, communicate with customers and internal teams, and contribute to enablement content; require 5+ years pre-sales, strong communication, and a passion for solving technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong written and oral communication for remote teams and customers.
• Experience with Open Source technologies and metrics/monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition to customers.
• Own technical engagements and help close complex opportunities with credibility and technical skill.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Create enablement content (docs, blogs, videos) for public or internal use.
