Job summary

Circle seeks a Director of Partner Management for Enterprise EMEA to own strategic partnerships from design to launch and ongoing growth. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations to ensure time-to-value and successful adoption.

You will drive data-driven plans, enable AI-enabled reporting, and expand partnerships across currencies, markets and products while scaling the function as the segment matures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing enterprise partnerships or strategic accounts across the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to turn signed agreements into live, growing usage with measurable results.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution across Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Business-level English required; German, French or Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership from design to launch, adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Engineering to shape deliverables and plans.
• Lead data-driven planning, forecasting and post-signature lifecycle management.
• Mentor and scale the partner management function as the segment grows.
