Job summary

Webflower is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, EMEA to inspire customers by showing what’s possible with the platform. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to translate business needs into technical solutions and demonstrate concrete value.

Based in London, this full-time hybrid role requires three in-office days and an onboarding session in San Francisco. You’ll travel up to 25% and report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering - EMEA as you help drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in web development or related field.
• Strong storytelling skills in discovery and product demos.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for onboarding, events, and offsites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with up to 5 Account Executives and support multiple opportunities across segments, communicating with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Director to ensure a successful launch in a new market.
• Guide customers through evaluation of the platform to meet business objectives and technical requirements.
• Engage in deep discovery, solution design, validation, and business case development with customers.
• Present compelling demonstrations to show the benefits of the platform in solving customer challenges.
• Influence product direction for short- and long-term success in EMEA by representing customer voice.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance the company’s mission and drive outcomes.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.
