Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
• Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems.
• Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling skills within discovery and/or product demo sessions.
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate.
• Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with teammates while empowering and supporting those around you.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and support multiple customer opportunities across all segments.
• Partner with EMEA Sales Director to ensure successful launches in new markets.
• Guide customers through Webflow evaluation to meet business objectives and tech requirements.
• Lead customers through discovery, solution design, and business case development.
• Present stories through demos highlighting benefits of Webflow to customers.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice in EMEA.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and offsites.
