Job summary

Lincolnshire Police is seeking a Senior Solutions Developer to join the Digital Strategy team on a part-time basis. You will design, develop and maintain critical systems supporting policing services with a focus on security, accessibility and data-driven solutions.

Collaborating with stakeholders, analysts and DBAs, you will drive high-quality digital solutions and mentor junior developers while ensuring compliance with GDPR and information security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and application support.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar repositories.
• Good understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience producing technical documentation and test plans.
