Qualifications
- Senior technologist with deep engineering expertise and user-focused approach.
- Experience leading design, configuration, development and support of complex digital solutions.
- Proficient across modern software engineering, low-code, automation and enterprise tech.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership across digital, data and technology services to design and evolve software, low-code platforms, automation and integrations.
- Act as senior technical authority for high-risk change, guiding enterprise-wide decisions and engineering direction.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, patterns and guardrails for security, interoperability and sustainability.
- Champion emerging tech like AI, automation, low-code, integration technologies to deliver measurable value.
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps, platform engineering and technical assurance.
- Coach and mentor Lead and Senior Developers and partner with Architecture and Operations to translate strategy into roadmaps.
