Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant to join our London-based EMEA Asset Owner team. You will own strategic, technical and written deliverables to move high-value opportunities through the sales cycle and set the standard for your team.

You will partner with CIOs, CFOs and other senior stakeholders to uncover pain points and demonstrate how Clearwater solves them with measurable value, shaping resources, documentation, and go-to-market assets for the Asset Owner segment.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in investment operations or investment management.
• Experience in client-facing pre-sales or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of asset owner market in UK and Europe.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and RFP/DDQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales workstreams from discovery through to solution design and handover.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders with a compelling business case grounded in measurable value.
• Develop expert-level knowledge across Clearwater's products and serve as SME internally and externally.
• Communicate Clearwater's value proposition through documentation, demonstrations and executive Presentations.
• Lead and quality-assure RFPs and DDQs, shaping standards and content libraries.
• Partner with Sales on deal strategy, qualification, pipeline planning and forecasting.
• Mentor and develop Solutions Consultants across the EMEA region.
• Coordinate resources across Clearwater to support sales and onboarding to the Global Delivery team.
• Provide market and client insight to Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
