Job summary

RudderStack Inc. in the UK is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical success of EMEA accounts, joining a team that loves open source and teaching others. You’ll be the technical face, guiding migrations, integrations, and architecture design.

You will train customer teams, advise on data strategy, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape RudderStack’s roadmap while ensuring value and strong relationships across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with 8+ years in progressive professional experience.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative.
• High emotional intelligence and strong empathy.
• Curious about how technology works under the hood and quick to grasp concepts.
• Customer-focused problem solver balancing creativity with what's right for the customer.
• Lifelong learner who shares knowledge with others.
• Organised and able to switch context across multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of modern web services and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience in web/mobile development, ETL concepts, high availability, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs as the technical lead on a portfolio of EMEA accounts.
• Lead customer onboarding, ensuring value delivery quickly.
• Design and manage migration strategies and guide implementations.
• Be the go-to technical expert across the platform for customers.
• Run training sessions tailored to each customer team and use case.
• Identify gaps in platform usage and demonstrate how features add value.
• Advise customers on data strategy and architecture design.
• Gather feedback and advocate for customers in roadmap decisions.
• Develop subject matter expertise on the customer data landscape and RudderStack's role.
• Occasionally run onsite sessions for relationship building and workshops.
• Serve as escalation point for technical incidents and drive resolutions.
