Job summary

RudderStack is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow our EMEA region from London. You will lead enterprise opportunities across Europe, shaping territory strategy and building a scalable go-to-market motion.

You will partner with engineering, product, marketing, and success teams to drive multi‑stakeholder deals, coach from MEDDPICC, and develop executive relationships. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with room to expand the team.

Qualifications

• Track record closing Enterprise SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Experience selling data/analytics platforms and AI/ML products.
• Ability to build territory plans and drive pipeline across Europe.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and regional autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EMEA GTM and manage enterprise opportunities from prospect to close.
• Develop territory and account plans with regional leadership.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders.
• Lead multi-threaded sales cycles and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, CS, Product to deliver outcomes.
