Job summary

RudderStack Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Post-Sales) for UK & EMEA with remote work accepted. You will be the technical face for customers, guiding onboarding, migration design, and platform adoption.

Travel to customer sites is occasional. Strong cloud and data experience are essential to help clients unlock value from RudderStack’s CDP. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful implementations, educate customers, and contribute to long-term data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role with 8+ years overall experience.
• Proactive, self-driven, with strong empathy and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of modern web services and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs as the technical lead for a portfolio of EMEA accounts.
• Lead onboarding and ensure customers see value quickly.
• Design and manage migration strategies and guide implementations.
• Be the go-to technical expert across the platform for customers.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate how features add value.
• Gather feedback and influence product roadmap with engineering.
