Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Banking and Financial Services in London. You will lead complex customer engagements, drive platform adoption, and own executive relationships, shaping data/AI strategies and large-scale migrations.

You will mentor teams, orchestrate cross-functional efforts, and contribute to thought leadership through workshops and customer content. Strong coding and enterprise data experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior pre-sales leadership.
• Expert-level coding: Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark.
• Deep enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for complex engagements and influence platform adoption.
• Own senior-level technical relationships and act as trusted advisor on data/AI strategy.
• Lead multi-workload architectures, real-time systems, and enterprise migrations at scale.
• Mentor junior SAs and drive cross-functional collaboration (DSAs, SSAs, Partners, Product).
• Develop competitive strategies and contribute to field engineering thought leadership.
