Job summary

Webflow in London seeks a Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA to guide customers in building, launching, and growing with Webflow, delivering technical guidance and best practices. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to tailor launch strategies, cultivate relationships with multiple customers, and provide consultative technical plans to unblock growth.

This role requires 3–5+ years in enterprise Webflow or SaaS, front-end concepts, APIs, hosting, security, and strong

Qualifications

3–5+ years in enterprise Webflow implementations or SaaS as a Solutions Architect.
Experience with HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript, APIs, hosting and infrastructure.
Background in Enterprise Architecture, CRO, digital marketing, SEO, UX/UI, security.
Ability to translate business needs into technical guidance and implementation plans.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch new customers, drive successful product adoption, and reduce time to first value from Webflow.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with multiple customers, inspiring growth.
Provide technical guidance in a consultative manner for customers, uncovering opportunities and steering them with detailed implementation plans.
Advocate for customers and influence product direction by gathering product feedback and surfacing insights.
Build templates, integrations, and site examples that demonstrate Webflow's value.
