Job summary

IT’s OFF Brand Limited is seeking a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the build of complex, bespoke sites in the United Kingdom. You will work on projects with custom code components, advanced animations, API integrations, and scalable architecture.

You will collaborate closely with designers and producers to ship work that wins awards and drives results, using Cursor and GitHub in a fast but quality-driven workflow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
• Experience with enterprise-level builds using Lumos and Mast.
• Proficient with Cursor or similar AI-assisted IDE.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and cloud services.
• Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Excellent communication with designers, producers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch.
• Extend Lumos and Mast for scalable, maintainable sites.
• Architect CMS collections and content structures for large-scale projects.
• Integrate with external APIs and cloud services.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and security benchmarks.
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate concepts into robust Webflow solutions.
• Contribute to internal standards and reusable components.
• Review code and guide other developers.
• Maintain GitHub/Webflow workflows and documentation.
