Webflow in London is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to help build our growth engine from the ground up. You will drive outbound outreach across multiple channels, nurture prospects, and collaborate with Account Executives to populate a healthy pipeline.

The role emphasizes learning (CRM/sales tools) and becoming a Webflow product expert to convey our value to potential customers in a hybrid London environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas.
• Proven success in developing and managing outbound pipeline.
• Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Webflow’s mission and no-code movement.
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving best practices.
• Curious and growth-oriented with interest in emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline by outbound outreach to multiple stakeholders in key prospect accounts.
