Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA based in London with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in‑office). You will guide customers on scalable Webflow implementations, drive product adoption, and influence product direction through customer insights.

You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to tailor launch strategies, build reusable assets, and mentor teams while ensuring high-value outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise Webflow implementations or SaaS as a Solutions Architect.
• Familiarity with core frontend concepts and tools (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript), APIs, hosting and infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, CRO and digital marketing, SEO, UX and UI design, and security.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch new customers and drive product adoption.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with multiple customers while enabling growth with Webflow.
• Provide technical guidance with detailed implementation plans to launch and grow with Webflow.
• Gather product feedback and surface insights through Voice of Customer to influence product direction.
• Create templates, integrations, and site examples to showcase Webflow’s value.
