As hands-on advisors, they use interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and industry experience to deliver value and obtain customer acceptance of the implemented Salesforce solutions.

Overview Of The Role

Salesforce is currently seeking multiple Solution Architects to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). The Solution Architect leads one or more workstreams in complex enterprise customer engagements, partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the vision while completing key deliverables. They serve as hands-on advisors, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer return on investment.
