The Role

As a Senior Planning Lawyer, you will advise on high-profile projects across the UK, working with clients from sectors including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and environmental industries. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing strategic advice on large-scale developments and significant infrastructure projects.
2. Drafting and negotiating complex planning and highway agreements.
3. Managing compulsory purchase orders and guiding compensation matters.
4. Advising on Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRAs), and other regulatory issues.
5. Supporting judicial reviews, appeals, and planning inquiries.
6. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver integrated legal solutions for real estate and infrastructure clients.
