Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thriving Local Authority, based in Devon, which is currently in need of a Senior Planning Lawyer to join their litigation and planning team on a REMOTE basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the direction of the council!

Duration: 6 months rolling contract!

The role of a Senior Planning Lawyer:

• Handling a varied caseload on Planning and Highways Law from start to completion.
• Providing remote planning committee and governance support, preparing planning agreements, and advising on various aspects of highways and planning law.
• Supervising junior team members.

The Person:

• Experience in Planning and Highways Law within the public sector.
• Ideally 3+ years PQE in Planning Law.
• Organised, self-motivated, and willing to contribute to team efficiency.
