The Role

As a Senior Planning Lawyer, you will advise on high-profile projects across the UK, working with clients in residential, commercial, infrastructure, and environmental sectors. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic advice on large-scale developments and significant infrastructure projects.
• Drafting and negotiating complex planning and highway agreements.
• Managing compulsory purchase orders and guiding compensation issues.
• Advising on Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRAs), and other regulatory matters.
• Supporting judicial reviews, appeals, and planning inquiries.
• Collaborating across departments for integrated legal solutions.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in Planning Law.
