Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is assisting an established Edinburgh litigation team to recruit a Senior Solicitor / Associate with at least 2 years’ PQE to join our Dispute Resolution practice on a hybrid basis.

You will handle civil litigation matters across housing, repossessions, Sheriff Court and Court of Session work, with mentoring from Partners and opportunities to develop your client base and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation with the confidence to manage own caseload and deliver commercially focused advice.
• Strong drafting skills and effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own caseload across civil litigation, housing and dispute resolution.
• Handle repossessions, Sheriff Court litigation, Court of Session proceedings and ADR.
