Job summary

TC Young LLP in Edinburgh seeks an enthusiastic solicitor with 2+ PQE to help grow the team. You will work closely with Partners on housing and dispute resolution matters.

You will handle repossession cases, debt recovery, Civil Sheriff Court matters and Court of Session work with support from the wider team.

Are you looking to take the next step in your career? As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious solicitor to help in promoting that growth. We are looking to appoint a solicitor with 2yr+ PQE based in our Edinburgh office.

This role will involve working closely with the Partners to continue to expand the team’s work and practice.The individual will enjoy an interesting and diverse case load, working on a range of housing and dispute resolution matters.

The team works closely with providers of social housing and the work will involve handling repossession cases, debt recovery, as well as conducting Civil Sheriff Court matters and Court of Session work and some alternate dispute resolution, with appropriate support from the wider team.

• confidence working independently and supporting others in a range of disputes
• experience managing your own caseload
