• Senior/lead UK solicitor with international exposure in a software tech environment.
• Experience working in or with software/tech and media/telecoms sectors.
• UK based with hands-on, flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Full legal responsibility across the newly acquired organisation.
• Advising and negotiating leading commercial contracts.
• Lead experience of international contracts or contracts under foreign laws.
• Robust negotiation for high-value customer contracts.
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS/IaaS/PaaS.
• Advising on global data protection issues.
• Lead privacy/compliance management efforts.
• AI/ML regulatory strategy.
• IP portfolio management.
