Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with senior/lead experience.
• Experience in Software/Tech environments.
• Experience with international contracts and cross-border negotiations.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Full legal responsibility across the newly acquired organisation.
• Advising, negotiating and leading on commercial contracts.
• Lead experience with international contracts, or contracts subject to foreign laws.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with customers.
• Advise on software licensing contracts, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.
• Oversee global data protection issues and privacy compliance.
• AI/ML regulatory strategy and IP portfolio management.
