Job summary

Activ8 Solar Energies, in partnership with SSE Airtricity, seeks a Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic partnerships, manage the UK sales pipeline and bid processes from our Burnley office.

You will work closely with the MD and BD teams to shape commercial growth, deliver value across the UK renewable energy market, and represent Activ8 at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in sales, partnerships, tendering, bidding, commercial management, or business development.
• Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered if there is strong commercial potential.
• Strong commercial acumen with a structured sales process.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract award.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and TPIs across the UK.
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate tender and bid processes with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals.
• Monitor pipeline health, sales performance and forecasting, providing insights to leadership.
