Job summary

CoMind is building a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to advance clinical brain care. The Software team spans embedded, GUI, ML, and DevOps in a regulated medical device setting.

This leadership role guides the product software stack, balancing hands-on coding with architecture and long-term planning. You will manage engineers across embedded C++, GUI, and firmware, drive delivery from prototype to production, and ensure IEC 62304, IEC 60601-1, ISO 14971 compliance with strong software

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive software experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on embedded and real-time software development with C/C++ on embedded Linux.
• Experience with medical device software or regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to drive architecture and roadmap across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across embedded C++/CUDA, GUI, and firmware.
• Own the technical roadmap from prototype to production release.
• Oversee design reviews, architecture decisions, and engineering quality.
• Coordinate with hardware, electronics, and clinical teams for integration.
• Ensure IEC 62304/60601-1 and ISO 14971 compliance and traceability.
