Zusammenfassung

CoMind is developing non-invasive neuromonitoring tech aimed at transforming brain care. You will join a team building software that converts raw neuro-signals into longitudinal patient insights, contributing to the CoVision project with V&V leadership and IEC 62304 compliance.

The role focuses on end-to-end SDLC testing for medical device software and internal tools, with a strong emphasis on automation, CI/CD, and regulatory conformity.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software testing experience, including safety-critical contexts.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, preferably medical device development.
• Strong hands-on background with CI/CD, test automation and build systems.
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).

Aufgaben

• Compliance-as-Code: Build workflows mapping verification evidence to regulatory standards and generate evidence automatically.
• Testing Strategy: Own test plans, protocols and execution reports for medical device software.
• V&V Leadership: Drive formal software verification and validation per IEC 62304 (Class C) and ISO 14971.
• Process Automation: Advance test automation, CI/CD pipelines and new testing techniques (including LLM-assisted gates).
• Hardware Integration: Collaborate with systems engineers to test multi-tasking and signal-processing on real hardware.
