Job summary

CoMind Technologies Limited seeks a Senior Product Manager to own how our device software behaves, translating vision into buildable features for a regulated hardware context. You will guide edge cases, prioritize work, and shape the roadmap while working from Kings Cross with a hybrid pattern.

You’ll prototype with AI tools, bridge commercial and engineering teams, and ensure requirements are precise enough for engineers to deliver.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software that runs on physical hardware.
• You understand the pace of regulated hardware: long development cycles and infrequent releases.
• Evidence of making product decisions from logic and a deep understanding of users.
• Writing requirements precise enough for engineers to build without repeated back-and-forth.
• You're comfortable debating a feature with engineers and explaining why it matters for the product.
• A natural translator: equally comfortable in a conversation with a non-technical stakeholder and in a ticket-grooming session with engineers.
• You use AI tools heavily in your day-to-day work.
• Hands-on experience building interactive prototypes, using AI tools to turn an idea into something clickable.

Responsibilities

• Define how features work, step by step, including edge cases and failure modes that matter in a clinical setting.
• Package features for build: what it does, why it matters, what it looks like, and the decision logic behind it.
• Prototype flows and interactions using AI tools, so the team sees the idea before they build it.
• Sit with the software team and make the call when a feature question comes up.
• Act as the link between our commercial team and the software team, turning customer and market needs into clear requirements and quick prototypes to test with customers.
• Shape the product roadmap with the Product Lead.
• Own the software backlog in Jira: intake, triage and grooming, so it reflects real priority.
• Write acceptance criteria and check that what ships matches what was intended.
• Partner with the Project Manager, who runs sprints, so sequencing reflects real priority.
• Keep decisions and documentation in Confluence.
• AI is fundamental to our culture and daily work; embrace AI and continually find new uses.
