Job summary

CoMind is developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to advance brain care. We seek a Senior Product Manager, Software Delivery, to translate ideas into well-scoped, engineering-ready tickets and define acceptance criteria.

Youll work with the Project Manager to sequence work, own the Jira backlog and ensure Confluence documentation stays aligned with delivery, turning conversations into tangible outcomes. Office in Kings Cross with one remote day weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner working directly with a software engineering team, ideally in a regulated or safety‑conscious environment.
• Comfort writing requirements and acceptance criteria precise enough for engineers to build against without repeated back‑and‑forth.
• A natural translator: equally comfortable with non‑technical stakeholders and engineers.
• Comfortable in an early‑stage environment where priorities shift and structure is needed.
• Drawn to the operational side of product management — focus on delivery machinery, not just vision.
• Nice to have: experience in medical devices or regulated hardware/software with ISO 13485 or IEC 62304.
• Nice to have: setting up or overhauling a ticket intake and triage process from scratch.
• Nice to have: exposure to embedded or real‑time software.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into formal requests: translate asks into engineering-ready tickets with problem statements, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritise the software ticket pipeline in Jira: intake, triage, and grooming.
• Own the idea‑to‑documentation handoff with engineering in Confluence; ensure decisions and context are captured.
• Advocate for sequencing and timing with the Project Manager to reflect genuine priority.
• Keep delivery information in Jira and documentation in Confluence, not in slide decks.
