You will work with teams across engineering, data, design and product to design scalable microservices, integrate with risk and compliance tooling, and drive technical excellence through code reviews and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with scalable microservices and backend systems.
• Experience with asynchronous message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and data storage.
• Strong focus on customer experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for your areas, addressing debt, reliability, and security.
• Design and implement robust backend systems with clean APIs.
• Integrate with risk and compliance tooling to ensure regulatory alignment.
