About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our SaaS HR and Payroll platform development team. Our primary tech stack includes .NET/C# for backend, Angular/TypeScript for frontend, SQL Server and PostgreSQL for databases, and Terraform for infrastructure as code. Our platform is hosted on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS. Experience with these technologies is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with a broad range of similar web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy features for our HR and Payroll platform.
• Maintain and upgrade existing features to ensure reliability and performance at scale.
• Analyze requirements and estimate project timelines.
• Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and pairing.
• Contribute to technical strategy and improve engineering practices.
