Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Office-based from Sheffield HQ
Annual Salary: £60,000 - £75,000

Responsibilities

• Build systems delivering educational content to millions, supporting teachers globally.
• Work with autonomous, product-focused teams.
• Utilize our tech stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright.
• Contribute to projects like content discovery, navigation, and interactive educational platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with React/Next.js + TypeScript and/or Node.js + TypeScript.
• Ownership of code from design to deployment in a DevOps environment.
• Experience in large-scale, cloud-based web development with CI/CD.
• Strong skills in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and accessibility.
• Experience with automated testing and TDD.
• Passion for collaborative, high-quality engineering practices.
