Job summary

Kaluza is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join our Engineering team in a hybrid setup across Bristol, London, or Edinburgh. You will own features end-to-end, work across the stack, and contribute to AI coding agents and production-grade services.

You’ll collaborate with product and design, ship reliable software, and participate in on-call rotations while mentoring peers and helping evolve our engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Shipping production software in a modern stack.
• Experience with AI tooling and agent-based coding is a plus.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Experience with cloud platforms and on-call production ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own a slice of the product end to end in a hybrid setup.
• Collaborate across frontend/backend interfaces and APIs.
• Build with AI coding agents as the default workflow.
• Instrument usage and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Mentor teammates and shape engineering practices.
