Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with proven applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Extensive experience in enterprise programming with a strong understanding of technology and development principles.
• Proficiency in modern cloud platforms, especially AWS, with experience designing and managing scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning technologies into software solutions.
• Proven skills in database design, optimization, and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile).
• Experience applying expertise and new methods to solve complex technology problems.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
• Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
