Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices with secure data handling.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and governance in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Advises and leads on the strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio
• Creates novel code solutions and drives the development of new production code capabilities across teams and functions
• Architects and governs agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools to improve automation and value across teams
• Translates complex technical issues to leadership to drive innovation and informed decisions
• Drives adoption of technical methods in line with latest product development methodologies
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks leveraged across teams
• Influences cross-functionally and manages senior stakeholder relationships
• Serves as go-to subject matter expert for the function
• Builds and operates 24x7, tier-1 online services
