Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex, scalable systems across multiple services.
• Own large features from conception to production support.
• Balance engineering trade-offs with business commitments and customer impact.
• Lead architectural discussions and establish team standards.
• Drive AI-first practices and responsible adoption.
• Lead story refinement sessions with Product Owners.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to meet objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code to raise standards.
