You will guide architectural decisions, uphold security-first practices, and foster a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture across autonomous teams in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with people management experience (or 2+ years of technical leadership with mentoring responsibilities).
• Proven experience delivering complex software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI tools in engineering practices to accelerate design, development, testing and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: ensure projects are scoped, prioritised and delivered on time with clear alignment to OKRs.
• Define technical decisions and maintain system health through architectural oversight.
• Line manage engineers including coaching, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Define AI strategy and ensure responsible AI culture across teams.
