Proactive Appointments is seeking a Software Delivery Manager in Leeds for a hybrid role (2 days on-site). You will deliver complex technology changes across two systems within pensions/financial services, covering technical delivery, platform delivery and implementations.

A strong track record in full change lifecycle, solution design, testing and deployment is essential. The role requires senior delivery experience, collaboration with third-party vendors, and a focus on improving delivery

Qualifications

• Senior/lead delivery experience in a complex tech environment.
• Experience leading full lifecycle change, from analysis to deployment and ELS.
• Experience with third-party vendors and internal delivery teams.
• Contributing to delivery process improvements and standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical delivery across multiple systems within the tech estate.
• Oversee full change lifecycle: analysis, solution design, build/configuration, testing, deployment, and early life support.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Contribute to continual improvement of delivery processes, standards and practices.
