Fiser Group in Leeds (hybrid) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead technology change on its pension platform. You will oversee platform upgrades, integrations and supplier releases from design through go-live and early life support.

This hands-on role puts you as the principal owner of change, collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Technical Lead in a complex technology environment.
• Experience delivering change across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, build, testing, deployment and early life support.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and software vendors.
• Good understanding of systems integration, APIs, environments and release management.
• Comfortable working in Agile and with formal change governance.
• Structured approach to planning, dependency management and risk.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related subject, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of platform upgrades, integrations and strategic projects.
• Turn business requirements into practical delivery plans and solutions that can be supported long term.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers so work lands on time.
• Assess supplier releases and platform changes for their impact, making sure the business is ready before they go live.
• Managing risks, dependencies and issues, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
• Checking technical designs, configurations and interfaces before they move forward.
• Improving delivery processes, standards and governance, and finding ways to reduce technical debt.
