Job summary

Medical Protection Society is seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager in Leeds to lead one or more agile delivery squads within a major technology transformation. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (2 days on site) and a salary of £60,000-£65,000.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders, remove delivery obstacles, and coach teams in agile practices to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery that aligns with strategic

Qualifications

Experience leading agile technology delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead agile delivery teams to successfully deliver technology projects and change initiatives.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads and stakeholders to manage priorities and delivery plans.
Remove delivery obstacles, manage risks and drive continuous improvement.
Provide clear communication on delivery progress, challenges and dependencies.
Coach teams in agile principles and self-management.
Build relationships across Technology and the business to support delivery.
