Are you a strategic social specialist ready to take the lead?

This award-winning, integrated creative agency is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to shape organic strategies, guide client relationships, drive performance across platforms and grow the agency’s social offering from the inside out. There’s scope to shape and grow the agency’s social offering, and the freedom to make your mark and help take social to the next level.

The Role

As Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the agency’s social offering - leading strategic thinking, overseeing execution, and inspiring both clients and internal teams. You’ll own organic strategy across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, bring a sharp lens to data and performance, and act as a senior voice in creative planning, influencer campaigns and client presentations. From defining KPIs and leading social audits to spotting cultural trends and identifying new opportunities, you’ll play a key role in shaping forward-thinking, impactful work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and lead organic social strategies that drive reach, engagement and brand impact
• Own senior client relationships and lead on strategic planning and reporting
• Oversee content direction and channel management across key platforms
• Define brand tone of voice and ensure it’s consistent across social output
• Plan and deliver influencer and UGC campaigns aligned with client goals
• Use insight and analytics to inform, optimise and evolve strategy
• Mentor junior team members and help grow the agency’s social capabilities
• Contribute to new business and agency-wide social innovation

About You

With experience in an agency-side environment, you have a proven track record of driving strategic social thinking across a range of accounts. You’re as comfortable leading a client meeting as you are rolling up your sleeves on campaign planning. With strong commercial awareness, an eye for performance, and a passion for platform innovation, you’re ready to step into a leadership role.
