About the role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

Not only will you develop and execute the organic and paid social media strategy for DKollection and TGB Spa across platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, you will work directly with the founder to manage her social media presence—curating content, responding to engagement, and supporting her goals.

Ultimately, you will lead the creation of highly engaging content across social media channels, particularly focusing on video content to maximise engagement, increase followers, conversion and develop content for DKollection properties and spas, that focus on driving occupancy and visibility. In this role, you could also expect to:

  • Set clear content goals and strategies for each platform, ensuring we have defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing, PR and Brand team on revenue-generating activities on social media, including affiliate links and partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and relevant cultural moments within the industry.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and proactively adjust strategy.
  • Ensure all social content aligns with the DKollection and TGB Spa brands and meets our quality standards, tone of voice and creative vision.
  • Flexible and agile approach, responding quickly to social opportunities while following the overall social plan and calendar.
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos daily to engage and grow our audience across social media platforms.
  • Generate and review social media performance across key metrics and categories, sharing insights to drive awareness and optimise future content and strategy.

This is a hybrid role, minimum 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.

About you:

This role calls for an innovative and strategically minded Social Media Manager with proven experience in developing and executing strategies across multiple brands simultaneously, ideally within the lifestyle, hospitality, or beauty industries. To excel in this position, we think you'll also need:

  • Leadership experience: Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding and experience of paid social strategy. Extensive experience capturing content and production of social media content.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyse and report on social media performance, using data to inform and refine strategy.
  • Creative: Highly creative with an eye for innovation and new content and copywriting ideas.
  • Start up experience: Experience working in a start-up/scale-up environment, developing processes and focusing on continuous improvement.
