Senior Content Creator & Social Strategist

London | Fully office-based

If you’re the kind of person who sees a trend and immediately thinks “we need to make something around this” - this could be a very fun one!

We’re working with a growing London-based business looking for a Senior Content Creator & Social Strategist to take real ownership of its social channels and help push the brand into its next stage of growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your week scheduling posts from behind a laptop.

You’ll be coming up with concepts, scripting, filming, editing, jumping in front of the camera, interviewing people, reacting to trends and constantly looking at what’s performing - and why.

Working in a small business means things move quickly. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, but you’ll also need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up, switching priorities and getting involved wherever needed. There isn’t a huge production team sitting behind you, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking an idea from “this could work” to live content.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating engaging short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
• Acting as an on-camera personality across social content, interviews and features
• Owning the process from initial idea through to filming, editing and publishing
• Developing organic growth strategies and building an active online community
• Tracking performance including watch time, retention, shares and engagement
• Spotting trends, memes and cultural moments early and turning them into relevant content
• Producing polished commercial content against client briefs
• Working with influencers, creators and partners on interviews and collaborations
• Supporting wider campaigns, launches and events across the business

What we’re looking for:

• You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience working across brand social channels, with tangible examples of growing audiences and creating content that has performed.
• You’ll need to be genuinely confident on camera, know your way around tools such as CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro, and understand the difference between content that simply looks nice and content that actually gets watched.
• Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives in an environment where things happen quickly. You’re proactive, commercially minded, full of ideas and happy balancing strategy with actually making the work happen.

The role is based full-time in London, with shoots taking place across the city. There may also occasionally be evening or weekend work around events, shoots or reactive content.
