Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a passionate Relationship Director to own a high-profile SME portfolio in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The role combines strategic client engagement with delivering tailored financial solutions in a hybrid working setup.

You will manage a portfolio turning over £15m to £50m, build trust with clients and drive growth, while collaborating with internal partners to provide a full suite of banking services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track record of winning new business in corporate banking.
• Strong credit and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-starting and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support high-profile client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver Commercial Banking solutions (payments, deposits, lending) to clients.
• Build a network of internal and external partners to open doors.
• Lead efforts to win new-to-bank clients through outreach.
• Collaborate with Group Partner companies to bring bank products.
• Manage risk in portfolio and ESG/NZ commitments.
