JLL is seeking a Senior Small Works Manager to join our Rolls-Royce account at Raynesway, Derby. You will oversee small to medium construction and renovation projects, managing schedules, budgets and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have proven project management experience in construction or facilities, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing small works projects.
• Strong knowledge of building or facilities maintenance methods, building systems, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a corporate or industrial environment is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized construction and renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with Rolls-Royce stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and internal JLL teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify issues with proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present project status reports to Rolls-Royce and JLL management.
• Manage procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Implement quality control measures throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior team members in project management best practices.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
