Job summary

HCRG Care Group in Gravesham is seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our community team based at Gravesham Community Hospital. You will deliver assessment and therapy for adults with communication and swallowing disorders, in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

You will work with senior clinicians to provide high-quality, person-centred care, with flexibility for in-person and telehealth sessions.

Qualifications

• Recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification and HCPC registration.
• Experience with adults with communication and swallowing disorders across conditions.
• Proactive learner with a passion for person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, therapy and advice for adults with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Work with senior clinicians to deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions.
• Manage a varied caseload including neurological conditions, head and neck cancer, voice and dysfluency disorders.
• Participate in service development and multidisciplinary meetings.
