HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our Gravesham Community Hospital team in Gravesend. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with a supportive multidisciplinary service and flexible, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Recognized Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification.
• HCPC registration.
• RCSLT membership.
• Experience working with adults with communication and swallowing disorders across a range of conditions.
• Proactive approach to learning and development; ability to grow clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and advice for adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders.
• Work closely with senior clinicians to deliver high-quality, person-centred interventions.
• Manage a varied caseload including neurological conditions, head and neck cancer, voice, and dysfluency disorders.
• Contribute to service development and multidisciplinary meetings as part of the CNRT.
• Receive support and supervision to develop clinical expertise and confidence in specialist areas.
