Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a specialist caseload of adults with acquired communication and/or swallowing difficulties.
• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention with person-centred, evidence-based management plans.
• Provide advice and education, maintain high-quality clinical documentation, and support safe transitions between services.
• Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement, and supervise students and SLT Assistants.
• Work within a Community SLT team with support from senior clinicians.
