Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a Senior Ski Chalet Specialist to manage a portfolio of high-value enquiries and deliver exceptional service for bespoke chalet, hotel and apartment holidays in the Alps.

This is not an entry-level role; you should bring extensive luxury ski sales experience, a strong network with high-net-worth clients, travel agents, and chalet operators, plus a proactive, commercially minded approach.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury ski, chalet sales or high-end tailor-made travel.
• Proven track record of selling high-value holidays.
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, travel agents, concierge companies or chalet operators would be advantageous.
• Confident, proactive and commercially minded with ability to make sound pricing/sales decisions around client fit

Are you an experienced luxury ski sales professional with a genuine passion for the Alps? Do you have the product knowledge and commercial confidence to manage high-value enquiries and build lasting client relationships?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist luxury ski tour operator, creating exceptional bespoke chalet, hotel and apartment holidays across the Alps and beyond.

As Senior Ski Chalet Specialist, you'll manage your own portfolio of high-value enquiries, advising discerning clients and converting opportunities while delivering an exceptional level of service.

This is not an entry-level ski sales role. We're looking for someone who already understands the luxury ski industry and can hit the ground running.

THE JOB:

• Manage high-value chalet enquiries from initial enquiry through to booking
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right properties and resorts
• Create compelling and commercially sound proposals
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Manage enquiries from direct clients, travel agents and industry partners
• Deliver agreed sales and gross profit targets
• Maintain strong relationships with chalet operators and suppliers
• Keep up to date with luxury ski properties, pricing and market developments

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• We're looking for someone with significant experience in luxury ski, chalet sales or high-end tailor-made travel, together with excellent knowledge of the major Alpine resorts.
• You'll have a proven track record of selling high-value holidays, strong commercial awareness and excellent client relationship skills.
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, travel agents, concierge companies or existing relationships with chalet operators would be highly advantageous.
• Above all, you'll be confident, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to make sound decisions around client fit, pricing and sales opportunities.

THE PACKAGE:

• Competitive salary dependent on experience
• Uncapped performance-related commission

• Predominantly office based in a small town in Oxfordshire - HYBRID/ REMOTE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES WHO MEET THE FULL EXPECTATIONS
